Laura
“Wilson” Kimball is the founding partner of World
Strategies LLC, a public relations and consulting firm. Prior to
founding World Strategies LLC, Wilson was Chief-of-Staff and Counsel
to First Lady Libby Pataki. Together they wrote three books. The
first book, “Artfully Taught”, uses paintings, sculptures
and tapestries from the Empire State Art Collection in Albany to
teach children the basic shapes of circle, square and triangle.
The second collaboration, “NYC ABC”,
teaches children the alphabet by using the cultural institutions
in the five boroughs of New York. “Letters to New York: Children
Speak Out”, the third book contains a collection of 95 letters
written by children from all over the world about the tragedies
of September 11th. A graduate of Skidmore College and Fordham University
School of Law, Wilson is married and splits her time between New
York City and Washington, DC.
